5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Ingredient Preparation
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For the 126mm ultra-wide feed chute, most whole fruits and vegetables can be juiced without pre-cutting. However, for very large items or fibrous vegetables, it is recommended to cut them into smaller pieces to prevent clogging and ensure optimal juice extraction.
- Remove hard seeds, pits, or thick skins (e.g., avocado, mango, citrus peels) that are not suitable for juicing.
- For leafy greens, roll them into a tight bundle before inserting.
5.2 Juicing Process
- Ensure the juice jug and pulp container are correctly positioned.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the control switch to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients down, do not force them.
- Observe the juice flowing into the jug and pulp collecting in the container.
- When finished, turn the control switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.

5.3 Reverse Function
If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops during operation, switch the control to the "REVERSE" position for a few seconds. This will help dislodge the blockage. Then, switch back to "OFF" and then "ON" to resume juicing. Do not hold the "REVERSE" switch for extended periods.
5.4 Drip-Free Smart Cap
The smart cap on the juice outlet can be closed to prevent drips between juicing sessions or to mix different juices directly in the juicing bowl before dispensing.

7. Troubleshooting
Refer to this section for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly; power outage. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Check that all parts are correctly locked into place. Verify power supply. |
| Motor stops during operation or jams. | Too much ingredient fed at once; hard ingredients causing blockage. | Switch to "REVERSE" for a few seconds, then "OFF", then "ON". If still jammed, disassemble and clear blockage. Feed ingredients slowly. |
| Excessive pulp in juice. | Strainer clogged; ingredients too soft or overripe. | Clean the strainer thoroughly. Ensure ingredients are firm and fresh. |
| Juicer vibrates excessively or makes loud noise. | Parts not assembled correctly; uneven surface. | Check that all components are securely locked. Place the juicer on a stable, flat surface. |
