This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

The GMKtec M5 Plus Mini PC is engineered for efficiency and versatility. Its compact design houses powerful components, including an AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a 512GB PCIe SSD. It supports triple 4K display output and features dual 2.5G LAN ports for high-speed network connectivity, along with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your GMKtec M5 Plus Mini PC:
- Connect to Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC IN port on the mini PC and then into a power outlet.
- Connect to Display: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect the mini PC to your monitor or TV. The device supports up to three displays simultaneously using the HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C (DP Alt Mode) ports.
- Connect Peripherals: Connect your keyboard, mouse, and other USB devices to the available USB 3.2 or USB 2.0 ports.
- Network Connection (Optional): For a wired internet connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router to one of the 2.5G RJ45 LAN ports. For wireless, the device will prompt you to connect to a Wi-Fi network during initial Windows setup.
- Power On: Press the power button located on the front of the mini PC. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Initial Windows Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 11 Pro setup, including language, region, network connection, and user account creation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power Management
- Power On: Press the power button once.
- Shut Down: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Shut down.
- Restart: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Restart.
- Sleep: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Sleep.
5.2 Display Configuration
The GMKtec M5 Plus supports up to three independent 4K displays. Connect your monitors to the HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and USB-C (with DisplayPort Alternate Mode support) ports. Once connected, Windows will automatically detect the displays. You can configure display settings (resolution, orientation, extended/duplicate mode) via Windows Display Settings.
5.3 Network Connectivity
- Wired LAN: Utilize the dual 2.5G RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports for high-speed wired network connections. These are ideal for server applications or environments requiring stable, fast data transfer.
- Wireless (Wi-Fi 6E): Connect to wireless networks using the integrated Wi-Fi 6E module. This provides faster speeds and lower latency compared to previous Wi-Fi standards.
- Bluetooth 5.2: Pair Bluetooth-enabled devices such as headphones, keyboards, and mice for a cable-free experience.

6. Upgrades and Maintenance
6.1 RAM and SSD Upgrades
The GMKtec M5 Plus Mini PC is designed for easy upgrades of its RAM and SSD. It supports up to 64GB DDR4 RAM (via two SO-DIMM slots) and up to 4TB PCIe SSD (via two M.2 2280 slots, supporting PCIe 4.0 for one slot and PCIe 3.0 for the other). Please ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before performing any internal upgrades.

6.2 General Maintenance
