Installation Steps:

  1. Attach Back Clip Base: Secure the back clip base to the main A20-2X intercom host.
  2. Position on Helmet: Identify a suitable location on the side of your helmet, typically near the jawline, where the headset will not obstruct vision or movement.
  3. Secure with Clip/Velcro: Insert the back clip base firmly onto the edge of the helmet. For additional security or if the clip is not suitable for your helmet type, use the provided Velcro pads to attach the headset. Ensure it is tightly secured to prevent movement during riding.
  4. Install Speakers and Microphone: Place the ultra-thin speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets. Initial Charging:

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the A20-2X and to a USB power source. The charging indicator light will show red during charging and turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:

  • Power On: Long press the On/Off button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
  • Power Off: Long press the On/Off button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

Bluetooth Pairing with Mobile Device:

  1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
  2. Long press the On/Off button until the indicator light flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "KHPTOP A20-2X" from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light will flash blue periodically.

Intercom Communication:

The A20-2X supports intercom communication for up to 2 riders over a distance of up to 1000 meters.

  1. Ensure both headsets are powered on and within range.
  2. On one headset, short press the Intercom button to initiate a connection.
  3. The headsets will attempt to connect. Once connected, the intercom indicator light will turn green.

The A20-2X allows you to share music with another paired headset.
