5. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your nebulizer before first use or after cleaning.
- Place the compressor unit on a stable, flat surface.
- Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position.
- Connect one end of the air tube to the air outlet on the compressor unit.
- Open the medicine chamber and pour the prescribed amount of medication into it. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the medicine chamber.
- Connect the other end of the air tube to the bottom of the medicine chamber.
- Attach either the mouthpiece or the appropriate mask (adult or child) to the top of the medicine chamber.

6. Operating Instructions
Once assembled, follow these steps to begin your nebulizer treatment:
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn on the nebulizer by pressing the power switch. The compressor will start, and mist will begin to generate from the medicine chamber.
- Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, sealing your lips around it, or position the mask snugly over your nose and mouth.
- Breathe normally and deeply through the mouthpiece or mask until all the medication has been nebulized. This usually takes 5-15 minutes, depending on the medication volume and flow rate.
- You can adjust the mist flow rate using the adjuster on the medicine chamber (refer to Figure 4.2).
- Once the medication is fully dispensed and misting stops, turn off the nebulizer by pressing the power switch.
- Unplug the device from the power outlet.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential for the hygienic and effective operation of your nebulizer.
After Each Use:

- Discard any remaining medication in the chamber.
- Wash the medicine chamber, mouthpiece, and mask with warm tap water and a mild detergent.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Air dry the components completely on a clean paper towel or cloth.
Daily/Weekly Cleaning (Disinfection):
- After daily cleaning, disinfect the medicine chamber, mouthpiece, and mask by soaking them in a solution of one part white vinegar to two parts distilled water for 30 minutes, or use a commercially available nebulizer disinfectant.
- Rinse thoroughly with sterile water and air dry.
Compressor Unit:
- Wipe the exterior of the compressor unit with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
Air Filter Replacement:
- Check the air filter regularly. Replace it when it appears discolored or every 30 days, whichever comes first.
