Maintenance
Filter Cartridge Replacement
The triple-action filtration cartridges are crucial for maintaining water quality. These cartridges should be replaced every six (6) months, or after 10,000 gallons of use, or if the filter begins to discolor. A built-in dial on the hand shower reminds you when to change the filter.
Replacement cartridges (HHF Replacement filter unit) are sold separately as two-packs and are compatible with Westbrass models: SCH900F, F730, HSF731, and HSF6701.
To replace the cartridge:
- Unscrew the handle from the showerhead body.
- Remove the old filter cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge into the handle (refer to Figure 3 for visual guidance).
- Reattach the handle to the showerhead body.
- Flush with hot water for one (1) minute before use.
