The PLC01 is designed for effortless setup with factory pre-assembled parts. Follow these steps for quick and easy installation:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Verify against the package contents list.
  2. Attach Base Stabilizers: Securely attach the base stabilizers to the main frame using the provided hardware. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
  3. Install Seat and Backrest: Mount the seat and backrest pads onto the designated frame sections. Adjust the backrest to your preferred angle using the adjustment pin. The machine features 4 adjustable backrest angles.
  4. Assemble Leg Roller Mechanism: Attach the leg roller arm and pads. Ensure the cable system is correctly routed through the pulleys as per the diagram.
  5. Attach Weight Plate Post: Secure the weight plate post to the machine. This post is compatible with both 1-inch and 2-inch Olympic weight plates.
  6. Install Vertical Storage Device: Attach the vertical storage rod for 2-inch Olympic Weight Plates at the rear of the machine. This provides safe and stable storage and helps maintain a balanced center of gravity.
  7. Final Check: Before first use, double-check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they are secure.

The RITFIT PLC01 allows for two primary leg exercises: seated leg extensions and lying leg curls. Adjustments are key to maximizing your workout and ensuring comfort.

5.1. Seated Leg Extension

  1. Adjust Backrest: Select one of the 4 adjustable backrest angles for optimal comfort and support.
  2. Load Weight Plates: Add desired weight plates to the weight post.
  3. Position Yourself: Sit on the machine with your back firmly against the backrest. Position your shins behind the lower leg roller pad, ensuring the pad rests slightly above your ankles.
  4. Adjust Range Position: The machine offers 12 adjustable range positions. Adjust the starting position of the leg roller to ensure a full range of motion without hyperextension.
  5. Perform Extension: Grasp the ergonomic handles for stability. Extend your legs upwards, contracting your quadriceps. Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.

  2. Load Weight Plates: Add desired weight plates to the weight post.
  3. Position Yourself: Lie face down on the machine, ensuring your knees are aligned with the machine's pivot point. Position the upper leg roller pad behind your ankles.
  4. Adjust Range Position: Adjust the starting position of the leg roller to ensure a comfortable and effective range of motion.
  5. Perform Curl: Grasp the ergonomic handles for stability. Curl your legs upwards, contracting your hamstrings. Hold briefly at the top, then slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
