4.1. Tent Body Assembly

  1. Unpack and Lay Out: Remove the tent from its storage bag and lay it flat on a clear, level surface.
  2. Assemble Poles: Connect all fiber pole sections. The tent comes with color-coded poles for easier identification.
  3. Insert Poles: Insert the B/C rods into their corresponding sleeves on the tent body. Bend and place pole C into the elbow connector, then insert pole B into the nylon button hole.
  4. Raise Tent: Insert the steel pole (A) into the elbow connector and then into the pin and ring components to raise the tent structure.
  5. Secure J-Hooks: Attach the J-hooks on the tent fabric to the poles.

4.2. Attaching to Vehicle (Vehicle Mode)

  1. Position Vehicle: Park your SUV, CUV, or minivan with the rear hatch facing the tent.
  2. Attach Upper Sleeve: Place the upper sleeve of the tent's vehicle connector over the raised truck door.
  3. Secure Lower Sleeve: Lower the rear hatch door and buckle the lower sleeve's strap over it from inside the tent. Place the lower sleeve under the car's bumper, ensuring it is above the muffler.
  4. Wheel Straps: Secure four straps on each side of the wheels to firmly attach the tent to the vehicle.
  5. Windshield Wiper Straps: Insert extension straps into the top ones and attach their J-hooks to the windshield wipers for additional stability.
  6. Cargo Area Straps: Attach three straps to the inside of the cargo area to further secure the connection and create a seamless transition.

4.3. Staking and Rainfly

  1. Stake Down Tent: Insert ground nails (stakes) through the tent's loops and drive them into the ground to secure the tent.
  2. Drape Rainfly: Drape the rainfly over the tent. Connect the S-Hooks to the O-rings on the tent poles.
  3. Guy Ropes: Adjust the plastic sliders on the guy ropes to tighten them, securing the tent against wind. Drive additional stakes into the ground for the guy ropes.

4.4. Tarp Setup (Combined/Separation Mode)

The tent features a versatile tarp that can be used in two modes:

  • Combined Mode: Connect the tarp with the tent at the entrance through a zipper. Insert four poles (D) into the holes to support the tarp and tie down the windproof ropes. This mode provides an extended shaded area.
  • Separation Mode: If windy weather is expected, reduce the use of the tarp. Alternatively, the tarp can be set up independently by putting two poles (D) into the holes to support it and tying down the windproof ropes.

5. Operating Instructions
