4. Setup
4.1 Mounting the Device
The W502TPRO can be mounted using either the U-shaped Support Rod or the Square Bracket, depending on your motorcycle's handlebar type.
4.1.1 U-shaped Extension Rod Bracket Installation
- Attach the mount to the handlebar using a Phillips screwdriver.
- Clamp the connecting rod to the mount. The rod allows for 360-degree rotation.
- Insert the device and adjust its position as desired. Tighten the adjustment ring to secure it.
- Ensure the installation is complete and secure before riding.

4.1.2 Square Bracket Installation
- Use the silicone pad, which can be stacked up to 12mm or 18mm. For handlebars up to 22mm, choose the appropriate installation method.
- Align the screws and nuts of the bracket and tighten them to secure it to the motorcycle handlebar.
- Align the grooves at the connection point of the motorcycle screen bracket and slot the device in. Then tighten them with screws.
- Ensure the installation is complete and secure before riding.

4.2 Power Connection
The W502TPRO offers two power connection options:
4.2.1 Motorcycle Power Line Connection
Connect the device directly to your motorcycle's battery using the provided power line. Ensure the output voltage is 12V and current is 1A. The device has built-in reverse protection.
- Connect the red wire (Power Wire) to the motorcycle battery's positive terminal (ACC power supply).
- Connect the black wire (Ground Wire) to the motorcycle battery's negative terminal.
- Ensure the waterproof detachable connectors are securely fastened.

4.2.2 USB Cable Connection
If your motorcycle has a USB port that provides 5V and 2.5A or higher, you can use the USB boost cable to directly connect the W502TPRO device to the motorcycle's USB port.
- Important Note: If the USB port on your motorcycle outputs voltage and current less than 5V, 2.5A, it is not recommended to use the USB boost line, as insufficient power may cause the screen to shut down automatically.
- Ensure the power cord interface colors match for proper connection. Interfaces of different colors are incompatible.

4.3 TPMS Sensor Installation
The W502TPRO includes two tire pressure sensors for real-time monitoring.
- Screw out the valve cap from your tire.
- Rotate the nut counter-clockwise onto the valve stem.
- Screw the TPMS sensor onto the valve stem.
- Check for air leakage with soapy water to ensure a secure seal.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off and Screen Lock
- Power Button: Long press the power button to display options for power off, screen lock, and cancel. Long press again to cancel this function.
- Volume Bar: Short press the power button to display the volume bar. Press again to cancel.
5.2 Wireless CarPlay Connection
To use wireless CarPlay, your iPhone must be running iOS 6 or above, and CarPlay system and Siri voice system must be enabled.
- On the W502TPRO, open the 'iPlay' application.
- On your iPhone, search for Bluetooth device "carpuride-xxxx" and pair.
- Click 'Allow' and 'Use CarPlay' on your iPhone when prompted.
- The connection should be successful, and CarPlay will display on the screen.

5.3 Wireless Android Auto Connection
To use wireless Android Auto, your phone needs to support 5GHz Wi-Fi, be running Android 11 or above, and have the Android Auto app installed and updated to the latest version.
- On the W502TPRO, open the 'A-Auto' application.
- On your Android phone, go to Bluetooth settings and find the available devices.
- Add new device "carpuride-xxxx" and click 'Pair'.
- The connection should be successful, and Android Auto will display on the screen.

5.4 Bluetooth Connectivity (Dual Bluetooth)
The W502TPRO features dual Bluetooth for versatile audio and transmission options.
5.4.1 Bluetooth Trans (Single-Connection Mode)
Connect your phone to the W502TPRO via Bluetooth. Then, connect a single Bluetooth headset or helmet to the W502TPRO. This allows audio from your phone (via CarPlay/Android Auto) to be transmitted to your helmet.
- Ensure your helmet or earphone is turned on and in active pairing mode to be discovered by the Carpuride screen.
- Do not connect your mobile phone directly to the Bluetooth helmet or earphone, as this may interfere with the pairing process with the Carpuride screen.

5.4.2 Bluetooth Trans (Dual-Connection Mode)
This mode allows two Bluetooth helmets to connect simultaneously to the W502TPRO via its BT Trans function. This enables music sharing and intercom functionality between rider and passenger.

5.4.3 iPlay/Auto (Bluetooth Audio)
Connect your phone to a Bluetooth headset or helmet directly, and use CarPlay or Android Auto to play audio through that headset or helmet. This bypasses the W502TPRO's Bluetooth transmission for audio.

5.5 Music Sharing & Intercom Mode
The W502TPRO's dual Bluetooth technology allows two Bluetooth helmets to connect simultaneously for music sharing and intercom use. The maximum distance for intercom is 10 meters.
- To make calls and listen to music, ensure BT1 is connected.
- Connect to BT1 and BT2 simultaneously for music and audio sharing. Calls and voice assistant broadcast are only available through BT1.
- To use the intercom function, connect to BT1 and BT2, then click the intercom icon. Click again to disable.
Note: Intercom mode and BT Trans mode cannot be used at the same time. Only one of them can be used at a time.

5.6 GPS Navigation & Voice Control
Access map navigation, calls, music, and messages using Siri or Google Assistant through CarPlay or Android Auto. This allows for hands-free control, keeping your focus on the road.
- Use voice commands like "Hey Siri, Call Abraham" or "OK Google, Take me home."
- Supported navigation apps include Apple Maps, Waze, Google Maps, and HERE maps.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
- Device Not Powering On: Check power connections. Ensure the motorcycle power line provides 12V/1A or the USB port provides 5V/2.5A or higher.
- CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues:
- Ensure your phone meets the OS and Wi-Fi requirements (iOS 6+ for CarPlay, Android 11+ with 5GHz Wi-Fi for Android Auto).
- Verify Bluetooth is enabled on both the device and your phone.
- Ensure Siri (for CarPlay) or Android Auto app (for Android Auto) is enabled and updated.
- Avoid connecting your phone directly to your helmet's Bluetooth while trying to connect to the W502TPRO.
- No Audio Output:
- Check Bluetooth connection to your helmet/headset.
- Ensure volume levels are adjusted on both the W502TPRO and your helmet/headset.
- If using iPlay/Auto (Bluetooth Audio) mode, ensure your phone is directly connected to your helmet/headset.
- TPMS Not Displaying Data: Check if sensors are correctly installed and paired. Ensure sensor batteries are functional.
- Screen Brightness Issues: Verify the light sensor is not obstructed. Adjust brightness manually if needed.
- Software Update Issues: The 64GB TF card does not support software upgrades. Use a smaller capacity (32, 16, 8, 4GB) card for software updates.
