1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your TOONIOOS W2-PRO Cordless Cat Water Fountain. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and operation. This device is designed to provide fresh, filtered water for your pets, featuring a cordless design for flexible placement and multiple operating modes.

2. Safety Information

• When cleaning the water dispenser, ensure the battery component does not come into contact with water.
• Do not rinse or immerse the master control module in water.
• Do not wash the product with hot water or clean it in a disinfection cabinet.
• Avoid placing the fountain in areas where it could be a tripping hazard for humans or pets.
• Keep the product away from chewing risks, especially if your pet tends to chew on electrical items.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your TOONIOOS W2-PRO Cordless Cat Water Fountain:

1. Prepare the Water Basin: Ensure the stainless steel water basin is clean and dry.
2. Install Filters: Place the sponge filter and carbon filter into their designated slots within the water tray.
3. Assemble Water Tray Components: Secure any black plastic parts onto the water tray as indicated in the diagram.
4. Connect Water Pump: Attach the connecting pipe from the water pump to the appropriate outlet on the water tray.
5. Insert Battery Part: Carefully insert the battery part into its designated slot in the fountain's base. Ensure it is securely seated.
6. Place Water Tray: Position the assembled water tray onto the stainless steel water basin.
7. Fill with Water: Fill the water basin with clean water up to the maximum fill line. The water level window will assist in monitoring.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Charging the Battery

The fountain is equipped with a 4000mAh rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery using the provided USB cable. A full charge can provide up to 60 days of operation depending on the mode.

• Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the battery module.
• Connect the other end to a suitable USB power adapter (not included).
• The indicator light will flash blue during charging and turn solid blue when charging is complete.
• A red indicator light signifies low battery.

5.2. Water Filling and Monitoring

Fill the stainless steel basin with clean water. The fountain has a 3.2L capacity. Monitor the water level through the transparent window on the side of the basin. Refill as needed to ensure continuous water supply for your pet.

5.3. Operating Modes

The fountain offers three operating modes to suit your pet's needs. Press the mode button on the pump module to cycle through the modes:

• Sensing Mode: The water flow activates for 6 seconds when a pet is detected within 1.5 meters. This mode conserves battery life.
• Timing Mode: The water flows for 10 seconds every 15 minutes, providing regular hydration.
• Continuous Mode: Requires the fountain to be plugged in via the USB cable for constant water flow. This mode is suitable for situations where continuous operation is desired.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygiene of your pet's water fountain.

6.1. General Cleaning

• It is recommended to clean the water fountain every two weeks.
• Disassemble all parts as shown in the assembly diagram (reverse order).
• Wash the stainless steel basin and plastic components with mild soap and water.
• Use the provided cleaning brush to reach small areas.
• Important: Do not rinse or immerse the master control module or battery part in water. Do not wash with hot water or in a disinfection cabinet.

6.2. Filter Replacement

The multi-layer filtration system helps remove impurities, hair, and odors, and softens water. Replace filters regularly to maintain water quality.

• The frequency of filter replacement depends on usage and water quality, but generally every 2-4 weeks.
• Remove the old carbon and sponge filters from their slots.
• Rinse new filters under running water before placing them into the fountain.

6.3. Pump Cleaning

To ensure a longer service life for the pump, it is recommended to clean it every 1 to 2 weeks.

1. Remove the pump cover and the impeller cap.
2. Remove the impeller.
3. Clean all pump components thoroughly with the cleaning brush.

7. Troubleshooting

• Fountain not dispensing water: Check if the battery is charged. Ensure the pump is correctly assembled and free of debris. Verify the water level is sufficient.
• Water flow is weak: Clean the pump and filters. Replace filters if they are old or clogged. Ensure the water level is adequate.
• Fountain is noisy: Disassemble and clean the pump, especially the impeller, to remove any trapped debris or mineral buildup. Ensure all components are securely fitted.
• Motion sensor not activating: Ensure the sensor is clean and unobstructed. Check if the fountain is in Sensing Mode.
• Indicator light is red: This indicates a low battery. Recharge the fountain immediately.
