6. Maintenance
6.1 Emptying the Dustbin
The 0.5-liter dustbin should be emptied regularly, especially after each use, to maintain optimal suction performance.
- Ensure the appliance is turned off and unplugged.
- Locate the dustbin release button/latch.
- Remove the dustbin and empty its contents into a waste bin.
- Reattach the dustbin securely until it clicks into place.
6.2 Cleaning the Filter
The washable filter ensures a long lifespan for the device. Clean the filter regularly to prevent clogging and maintain efficiency.
- Remove the dustbin as described above.
- Carefully remove the filter from the dustbin assembly.
- Rinse the filter under running water until clean. Do not use detergents.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
- Once dry, reinsert the filter into the dustbin and reattach the dustbin to the vacuum cleaner.
6.3 General Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth.
