- Integrated LED Lights: Two LED lights illuminate the work area in low-light conditions.
- Portable Kit: Comes with a tool box, charger, and 6 impact sockets (12/14/17/19/21*78mm/22*60mm), pins, and O-rings.
3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge both 4.0Ah Li-ion batteries. The charger indicates charging status:
- Red Light: Battery is charging.
- Green Light: Charging is complete.
A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours per battery.

Figure 3.1: Illustration of the battery charging process, showing red light for charging and green light for fully charged.
3.2 Attaching/Detaching the Battery
- To attach: Align the battery with the base of the impact wrench and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- To detach: Press the battery release button (refer to Figure 2.1) and slide the battery out.
3.3 Installing Impact Sockets
The impact wrench uses a 1/2-inch square drive. Use only impact-rated sockets.
- Place the O-ring onto the square drive.
- Insert the desired impact socket onto the square drive.
- Insert the pin through the hole in the socket and the square drive to secure the socket.
- Ensure the socket is firmly attached before operation.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
The tool is activated by pressing the variable speed trigger. Release the trigger to turn off the tool.
4.2 Selecting Rotation Direction (Forward/Reverse)
Use the directional switch (refer to Figure 2.1) to select the desired rotation direction:
- Forward Mode: For tightening nuts and bolts.
- Reverse Mode: For loosening nuts and bolts.
- Lock Position: Center the switch to lock the trigger and prevent accidental operation.

4.3 Adjusting Speed
The impact wrench offers three adjustable speed modes (low, medium, high) controlled by the intelligent control panel (refer to Figure 2.1). Press the mode button to cycle through the speeds. The speed can also be varied by the pressure applied to the trigger.

Figure 4.2: Digital display indicating the selected speed mode on the impact wrench.
4.4 Reverse Automatic Stop (RSS) Function
In reverse mode, press the RSS button on the control panel to activate the automatic stop function. This feature reduces speed and torque once a fastener is loosened, preventing it from flying off.
4.5 Using the LED Work Lights
The two integrated LED lights automatically illuminate when the trigger is pressed, providing visibility in dark work areas.
