Introduction

The Kuulaa MagSafe Battery Pack is a slim, powerful, and portable charging solution designed for your iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series. Setup

Charging the Power Bank

1. Connect the provided USB A to C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB wall adapter (not included).
3. The LED light indicator on the power bank will illuminate to show charging progress. A full charge is indicated when all LEDs are solid.

Operating Instructions

Wireless Charging (MagSafe)

1. Ensure your iPhone is compatible with MagSafe (iPhone 12 series or newer).
2. Align the Kuulaa MagSafe Battery Pack with the back of your iPhone. The magnets will automatically snap it into place.
3. Once properly aligned, your iPhone will begin charging wirelessly at up to 7.5W.

Wired Charging (USB-C PD 20W)

1. Connect one end of the USB-C cable (or your device's charging cable) to the USB-C port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end to your device's charging port.
3. The power bank will begin charging your device at up to 20W via Power Delivery (PD).

Compatibility

The Kuulaa MagSafe Battery Pack is primarily designed for seamless compatibility with:

• iPhone 12 Series
• iPhone 13 Series
• iPhone 14 Series
• iPhone 15 Series
• iPhone 16 Series
• iPhones with Official MagSafe Cases or other MagSafe-compatible cases.

Note: It is not recommended for use with iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini due to potential camera obstruction or size mismatch. The magnetic attachment may not be as strong or effective with non-magnetic cases or cases with phone grips.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge it to about 50% capacity every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
• Handling: Avoid dropping the power bank or subjecting it to strong impacts, as this can damage internal components.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging Wirelessly

• Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer).
• Check if the power bank has sufficient charge. Refer to the LED indicators.
• Verify proper alignment between the power bank and your iPhone. The magnets should snap firmly.
• If using a case, ensure it is a MagSafe-compatible case. Non-MagSafe cases may hinder wireless charging.
• Remove any foreign objects between the power bank and your iPhone.

Slow Charging Speed

• For wired charging, ensure you are using a USB-C PD compatible cable and wall adapter to achieve 20W fast charging.
• Wireless charging speed can be affected by phone usage during charging, phone temperature, and case thickness.
• If your iPhone overheats, iOS 17 (and later) may pause charging at 80% to protect the battery. Charging will resume once the device cools down.

Power Bank Not Charging

• Check the charging cable and wall adapter for any damage. Try a different cable or adapter.
• Ensure the USB-C cable is fully inserted into the power bank's port.
