Cooking Guide and Tips
This section provides general guidelines. Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on food quantity, size, and desired crispiness.
| Food Item | Temperature (°C) | Time (Minutes) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Frozen Fries (thin) | 180 | 15-20 | Shake halfway |
| Chicken Drumsticks | 180 | 20-25 | Turn halfway |
| Steak (medium) | 200 | 8-12 | Flip halfway |
| Vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers) | 160 | 10-15 | Toss with a little oil |
| Fish Fillet | 170 | 10-15 |
General Tips:
- Oil Usage: While an air fryer requires little to no oil, a light spray or toss with a teaspoon of oil can enhance crispiness for some foods.
- Batch Cooking: For best results, cook food in smaller batches to ensure even air circulation. Overfilling the basket can lead to uneven cooking.
- Food Size: Cut food into uniform pieces for consistent cooking.
- Check Doneness: Always check food for doneness, especially meats, using a food thermometer if necessary.

Regular cleaning will extend the life of your air fryer and ensure optimal performance.
Cleaning After Each Use:
- Unplug the air fryer from the wall outlet and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.

- Wash the basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. The Ceratech non-stick coating makes cleaning easy. These parts are also dishwasher safe.
