Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided Type-C USB cable. The powerful lithium battery provides up to 30 hours of continuous therapy on a full charge.
- Prepare Electrode Pads: Ensure your skin is clean and dry where you intend to place the pads. For optimal adhesion, a small drop of water can be applied to the sticky side of the pads before placement.
- Connect Wires: Plug the electric wires into the A/B output connectors at the bottom of the device. Connect the other end of the wires to the electrode pads.
- Apply Pads: Carefully peel the electrode pads from their protective film and firmly place them on the desired treatment areas of your body. Refer to the manual's pad placement chart for specific pain areas.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Long press the 'I/O' button to turn on the device.
- Select Mode: Short press the 'M/F' button to cycle through the available modes (TENS, EMS, MASS). Long press 'M/F' to adjust the mode program (P01-P22).
- Adjust Intensity: Use the 'A+' and 'A-' buttons to increase or decrease the intensity for Channel A. Use 'B+' and 'B-' for Channel B. The device offers 40 intensity levels.
- Set Timer: Short press the 'clock/lock' button to adjust the treatment timer (5-90 minutes). Long press the 'clock/lock' button to activate/deactivate the screen lock.
- Start/Pause: Short press the 'I/O' button to start or pause the therapy session.
- Power Off: Long press the 'I/O' button to turn off the device after your session.
Important: Always ensure pads are securely attached to your skin before increasing intensity to avoid sudden shocks.
