2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup

- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging the blender into a 110V power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

General Operation:
- Add ingredients to the pitcher. Ensure the lid is securely fastened.
- Turn the main ON/OFF switch to 'ON'.
- For Manual Blending: Turn the Variable Speed Control knob to your desired speed. Adjust as needed during blending.
- For Preset Functions: Turn the Start knob to select one of the 4 pre-programmed settings (Hot Soups, Smoothies, Ice Cream, Grains) or a specific timer duration (60S, 90S, 120S, 180S). The blender will operate for the set duration or program.
- Using the Pulse Function: For quick chopping or to break down larger pieces, press and hold the Pulse switch. Release to stop.
- When blending is complete, turn the main ON/OFF switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.
Using the Tamper:
The tamper can be used to push ingredients towards the blades when blending thick mixtures. Insert the tamper through the lid plug opening while the blender is running. Do not remove the main lid while the blender is operating.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Self-Cleaning Function:
For quick and easy cleaning, especially after blending liquids or soft ingredients:
- Add warm water (up to half the pitcher capacity) and 2-3 drops of liquid dish soap to the pitcher.
- Secure the lid.
- Place the pitcher on the motor base.
- Turn the Start knob to the '60S' timer setting or use the Variable Speed Control at medium speed for 30-60 seconds.
- Rinse the pitcher thoroughly with clean water.
Manual Cleaning:
For a more thorough cleaning or after blending sticky/thick ingredients:
- Always unplug the blender before cleaning.
