1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper setup of your induction hob:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the hob from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Placement: Place the induction hob on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant countertop. Ensure there is adequate space around the appliance for air circulation (minimum 10 cm from walls or other appliances).
  3. Ventilation Check: Verify that all air vents on the appliance are clear and unobstructed. Remove any protective films or stickers from these areas.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet that meets the appliance's power requirements (3500W).

4. Operating Instructions

The IBELL EMINENCE02 features intuitive touch controls for easy operation.

4.1 Basic Operation

  1. Power On: Place induction-compatible cookware on one of the heating zones. Touch the Power button (P) to turn on the hob.
  2. Select Heating Zone: If using both zones, select the desired zone by touching its corresponding control.
  3. Adjust Power Level: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the power level from 1 to 8. Level 8 provides maximum heat (3500W combined).
  4. Power Off: Touch the Power button (P) again to turn off the hob.

4.2 Timer Function

The timer allows for precise cooking duration.

  1. While the hob is operating, touch the Timer button.
  2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired cooking time.
  3. The hob will automatically switch off once the set time has elapsed.

4.3 Child Lock Function

Activate the child lock to prevent unintended operation.

  • To activate: With the hob off or on, press and hold the Child Lock button for a few seconds until the indicator lights up.
  • To deactivate: Press and hold the Child Lock button again for a few seconds until the indicator turns off.

4.4 Cookware Compatibility

For optimal performance, use cookware made of magnetic materials.

  • Compatible: Cast iron pans, stainless steel pots (with magnetic base), enameled cast iron.
  • Not Compatible: Aluminum, copper, ceramic, or glass cookware.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your induction hob.

  • Before Cleaning: Always unplug the hob from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely.
  • Glass Surface: Wipe the toughened glass surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a ceramic hob cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals.
  • Control Panel: Gently wipe the touch control panel with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Vents: Periodically check and clean the air intake and exhaust vents to ensure they are free from dust and debris. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.
  • Storage: If storing the hob for an extended period, ensure it is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place.
