Maintenance
Water Resistance:
This watch is water resistant up to 30 meters (100 feet). This means it is suitable for daily use, splashes, and brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, diving, or showering with hot water, as steam can penetrate the seals.

- Ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
- Do not operate the pushers or crown while the watch is wet or submerged.
- After contact with saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.
Cleaning:
To clean your watch, wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, which can damage the watch's finish or strap.
Battery Replacement:
As this watch uses a quartz movement, the battery will eventually need replacement. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to skip, it is an indication of a low battery. Take your watch to a qualified watchmaker for battery replacement to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
Troubleshooting
- Watch not running: Ensure the crown is fully pushed in. If the watch is a quartz movement, the battery may need replacement. Consult a professional watchmaker.
- Date not changing correctly: Ensure the time is set correctly, including AM/PM. The date typically changes around midnight. If adjusted during the 'forbidden period' (usually between 9 PM and 3 AM), it can cause issues. Adjust the time past this period before setting the date.
- Chronograph hands not resetting to zero: Follow the 'Initial Chronograph Setup' instructions in the Setup section to realign the hands.
- Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional watchmaker. Do not attempt to open or dry the watch yourself, as this can cause further damage.
