Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For the silicone strap, a damp cloth with mild soap can be used, then dry thoroughly.
- Water Resistance: Your watch is 30M (100FT) water resistant. This means it can withstand splashes, rain, or brief immersion. However, it is not suitable for swimming, diving, or hot water activities (e.g., showering, hot tubs) as steam and temperature changes can compromise seals. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.
- Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, as this can affect the movement and seals.
- Chemicals: Keep the watch away from solvents, detergents, perfumes, and other chemicals, which can damage the case, strap, or seals.
- Magnetic Fields: Strong magnetic fields can affect the accuracy of quartz watches. Keep the watch away from strong magnets.
- Impact: While durable, avoid dropping the watch or subjecting it to strong impacts.
