  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Do not use to pick up hard or sharp objects such as glass, nails, screws, coins, etc., as this may damage the machine.
  • Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to battery pack, picking up or carrying the appliance.

4. Assembly and Setup

4.1 Assembling the Vacuum Cleaner

  1. Attach the Telescopic Tube: Insert the telescopic tube into the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the floor brush to the other end of the telescopic tube, ensuring it clicks firmly.
  3. Install Battery: Slide the detachable battery pack into the slot on the main motor unit until it locks.

4.2 Charging the Battery

Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. The LED display will show the battery level.

There are two primary ways to charge the battery:

  • Direct Charging: Plug the charger directly into the charging port on the main motor unit while the battery is installed.
  • Separate Charging: Remove the battery pack from the main unit and plug the charger directly into the battery pack.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

The dust cup should be emptied regularly, especially when the MAX line is reached, or when suction power decreases.

  1. Hold the main unit over a trash bin.
  2. Press the one-click release button on the bottom of the dust cup to open the lid and empty the contents.
  3. Close the dust cup lid securely.

6.2 Cleaning the Filters

The SINCHER A27B features a 5-stage filtration system, including HEPA filters and a stainless steel strainer. Regular cleaning of these filters is crucial for maintaining suction power and air quality.

  1. Remove the Dust Cup and Filters: Twist and pull to detach the dust cup from the main unit. Then, remove the HEPA filter and stainless steel strainer from inside the dust cup.
  2. Wash Filters: Rinse the HEPA filter, stainless steel strainer, and the dust cup under running water until clean. Do not use hot water or detergents.
  3. Dry Filters: Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Ensure they are fully dry to prevent mold and damage to the motor.
  4. Reassemble: Once dry, reinsert the stainless steel strainer, then the HEPA filter into the dust cup. Attach the dust cup back to the main motor unit until it clicks.

It is recommended to clean the filters every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage. Replace HEPA filters every 3-6 months for optimal performance.

6.3 Cleaning the Roller Brush

Periodically check the roller brush for tangled hair or debris. Use the included mini cleaning brush or scissors to remove any obstructions.

  1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
  2. Locate the release tab on the side of the floor brush and open it to remove the roller brush.
  3. Remove any hair or debris from the roller brush and its housing.
  4. Reinsert the roller brush and close the release tab securely.
