Setup and Installation

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Ensure all components, including the ice scoop and ice basket, are present.
  2. Placement: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.

  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, it is recommended to clean the interior of the ice maker. You can use the self-cleaning function (refer to the Maintenance section) or manually clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Add Water: Open the top lid and fill the water reservoir with clean, potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.

  1. Power On: After adding water, press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the machine. The "POWER" indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Select Ice Size: Press the "SELECT" button to choose between small (S) or large (L) ice cubes. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

  3. Ice Making Process: The machine will begin the ice-making cycle. The first batch of 9 ice cubes can be ready in as little as 6 minutes. Subsequent cycles may vary slightly (6-13 minutes per round).

  4. Indicator Lights:
    • The "ADD WATER" indicator will illuminate when the water level in the reservoir is low, prompting you to refill.
    • The "ICE FULL" indicator will illuminate when the ice basket is full, and the machine will pause ice production until ice is removed.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your ice maker.

  1. Automatic Self-Cleaning:
    • Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
    • Press and hold the "ON/OFF" button for more than 5 seconds. The machine will enter the self-cleaning process.
    • The self-cleaning cycle takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
    • After the cycle, drain any remaining water and wipe the interior dry.

  2. Manual Cleaning:
