Basic Operation

Preset Cooking Modes

- Keep Warm Mode: Pre-set for 2 hours at 158°F (70°C). Keeps food at serving temperature without overcooking.
- Simmer Mode: Pre-set for 2 hours at 195°F (90°C). Perfect for slow cooking, stews, and reducing sauces.
Booster Function
Activate the 'Booster' function to temporarily increase the power of a selected cooking zone, significantly reducing heating times. This is ideal for boiling water quickly or searing meats. The power boost lasts for up to 10 minutes.
Bridge Functionality (Bridge-SYNC)
The two left cooking zones can be combined into one large cooking area using the Bridge-SYNC function. This is perfect for oversized cookware like griddles or large roasting pans, ensuring even heat distribution across the entire surface.

- Timer: Set a cooking duration for any zone (1-599 minutes). The zone will automatically turn off when the timer expires.
