3. Assembly Instructions

The XMKEY Treadmill requires minimal assembly. Please follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Unpack all components from the packaging and place them on a clear, flat surface.
2. Attach the main console and desk assembly to the upright supports, ensuring all cables are properly connected.
3. Secure all bolts and screws using the provided tool kit. Do not overtighten.
4. Adjust the desk height to your preferred working or exercise position by loosening the adjustment knobs, raising or lowering the desk, and then tightening the knobs securely.
5. Ensure all connections are firm and stable before plugging in the treadmill.

Familiarize yourself with the control panel and safety features before beginning your workout.

Getting Started:

1. Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
2. Attach the safety key clip to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.
3. Step onto the treadmill belt, holding onto the handrails for balance.
4. Press the "START" button on the control panel or handle to begin. The belt will start moving at a low speed.

Adjusting Settings:

• Speed: Use the speed adjustment buttons on the console or handle to increase or decrease the belt speed (0-7.5 MPH).
• Programs: Select from 12 preset programs to vary your workout intensity and duration. Refer to the console display for program details.
• Pause Function: Press the "PAUSE" button to temporarily stop your workout without losing your progress. Press "START" again to resume.
• Monitoring: The LCD display will show real-time data including speed, time, distance, calories burned, and heart rate (if using the heart rate monitor).
