Operating Instructions
Jump Starting a Vehicle
- Connect the Smart Clamps: Plug the smart jumper cable into the "Jump Start" port on the JS-10.
- Attach to Battery: Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. Ensure a secure connection. The smart clamp's display will show the battery voltage.
- Activate Boost Mode (if needed): If the vehicle's battery is completely dead or has very low voltage, the smart clamp's display will flash the real-time voltage. Press the "BOOST" button on the smart clamp for approximately 3 seconds until the voltage is displayed steadily to activate the force start function.
- Start the Vehicle: Once the clamps are securely connected and the unit is ready, start your vehicle's engine.
- Remove Clamps: After the engine starts, immediately remove the clamps from the vehicle battery, first the black (negative) clamp, then the red (positive) clamp, and then disconnect the smart clamp from the JS-10.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on. | Low battery or unit is off. | Charge the unit fully. Press and hold the power button to turn on. |
| Vehicle does not start. | Incorrect clamp connection, extremely dead battery, or vehicle issue. | Ensure clamps are connected correctly (red to +, black to -). Use Boost Mode for completely dead batteries. If still no start, consult a mechanic. |
| Smart clamp displays error message (e.g., High Voltage, Low Voltage, Reverse Polarity, Short Circuit, Overheating). | Safety protection activated due to incorrect usage or battery issue. | Refer to the smart clamp's display for specific error codes. Disconnect and re-connect clamps correctly. Allow unit to cool if overheating. |
| Device not charging from power bank ports. | Cable issue, device not compatible, or power bank low on charge. | Ensure cables are functional. Check device compatibility with output specifications. Recharge the JS-10. |
