Brewing Coffee
- Prepare Coffee:
- For K-Cup Pods: Insert a K-Cup pod into the K-pod holder. Close the lid firmly.
- For Ground Coffee: Fill the permanent ground filter with your desired amount of ground coffee (up to 30g). Place the filled filter into the K-pod holder. Close the lid firmly.
- Select Brew Style: Choose from the following options on the control panel:
- Hot Brew: For a standard hot coffee.
- Bold: For a stronger, more intense hot coffee.
- Over Ice: For iced coffee. This function automatically adjusts brewing temperature to minimize ice melting. For best results, use a 1:1 ice-to-water ratio.
- Choose Brew Size: Select your desired cup size from 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 oz using the 'OZ' button. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Start Brewing: Press the selected brew style button (Hot Brew, Bold, or Over Ice) to begin brewing. The coffee maker will start dispensing coffee into your mug.
- Auto Shut-Off: The coffee maker will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of inactivity to save energy.

- Coffee Not Brewing: Ensure the water reservoir is filled, the K-cup or ground filter is correctly inserted, and the lid is firmly closed. Check if the unit is properly plugged into a working outlet.
- Weak Coffee: Try selecting the 'Bold' brew option. For ground coffee, ensure you are using the recommended amount and a suitable grind size.
- 'DESCALE' Light On: This indicates it's time to descale your machine. Follow the descaling instructions in the Maintenance section.
- Leaking: Ensure the water reservoir is correctly seated and not overfilled. Check that the K-pod holder or ground filter is properly inserted and the lid is closed.
