4.1 Front Panel Controls and Display

5. Setup

5.1 Power Connection

• AC Power: Connect the supplied AC power cable to the AC Power Port on the rear of the boombox and then to a standard wall outlet.
• Rechargeable Battery: The boombox has a built-in 2000 mAh rechargeable battery, providing over 5 hours of continuous use at medium volume. The battery charges automatically when connected to AC power.

5.2 Initial Power On

1. Ensure the main ON/OFF switch on the rear panel is in the "ON" position.
2. Press the STANDBY button on the front panel or the remote control to turn on the unit.
3. The LCD display will illuminate.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 CD Playback

1. Press the MODE button until "CD" mode is selected on the display.
2. Open the CD compartment lid on top of the unit.
3. Place a CD with the label side facing up. Gently close the lid.
4. The boombox will read the CD, and playback should start automatically. If not, press the ▶/SCAN button.
5. Use the |<>| buttons to skip tracks.
6. Press the ▶/SCAN button to pause/resume playback.
7. Press the ■ STOP button to stop playback.
8. Press the REPEAT button on the remote control to cycle through repeat modes (Single, All, Random).

6.2 Bluetooth Mode

NOTE: This device supports Bluetooth connection for audio input from external devices but does not support Bluetooth earphones.

1. Press the MODE button until "BT" or "Bluetooth" is displayed. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon or "PAIR".
2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "LONPOO ZXG-608B" (or similar name) from the list.
4. Once paired, the boombox will emit a confirmation sound, and the Bluetooth indicator will stop flashing.
5. You can now play audio from your connected device through the boombox.

6.3 FM Radio

1. Extend the FM antenna on the rear panel for optimal reception.
2. Press the MODE button until "FM" mode is selected.
3. Press and hold the ▶/SCAN button to automatically scan and save available FM stations.
4. Use the |<>| buttons to navigate between saved stations.

6.4 USB Playback

1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the front panel.
2. Press the MODE button until "USB" mode is selected.
3. The unit will automatically detect and begin playing compatible audio files (e.g., MP3).
