2. Safety Information
Operating a generator safely is crucial to prevent injury or property damage. Always follow these safety guidelines:
- Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Generators produce carbon monoxide (CO), an odorless, colorless, and deadly gas. Operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area, far from windows, doors, and vents. Never operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Fire Hazard: Gasoline is highly flammable. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow open flames near the generator. Store fuel in approved containers.
- Electrical Shock Hazard: Do not operate the generator in wet conditions. Ensure all electrical connections are secure and dry. Use only approved extension cords.
- Hot Surfaces: The generator's engine and muffler become very hot during operation and remain hot for some time after shutdown. Avoid touching hot surfaces.
- Overload Protection: The generator is equipped with overload protection. Do not exceed the rated wattage.
- Low Oil Shutdown: The generator features a low oil shutdown system to protect the engine from damage. Always check oil levels before starting.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Inspection:
Carefully remove the generator from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Ensure all included accessories are present.
4.2 Adding Engine Oil:
The generator is shipped without engine oil. You must add the correct amount and type of oil before first use.
- Place the generator on a level surface.
- Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick.
- Using the provided oil funnel, slowly add recommended 4-stroke engine oil (e.g., SAE 10W-30) until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the oil fill cap.
4.3 Adding Fuel:
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher.
- Ensure the generator is OFF and cool.
- Unscrew the fuel cap.
- Slowly add gasoline to the fuel tank, being careful not to overfill. Leave a small air gap to allow for fuel expansion.
- Securely replace the fuel cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
4.4 Placement:
Always operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Maintain at least 5 feet (1.5 meters) of clearance from buildings, other equipment, and combustible materials.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Starting the Generator:
- Ensure the generator has sufficient oil and fuel.
- Turn the fuel valve to the ON position.
- If starting a cold engine, move the choke lever to the CHOKE position. For a warm engine, move it to the RUN position.
- Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
- Firmly pull the starter handle until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the choke lever to the RUN position.
5.2 Connecting Electrical Devices:
After the generator is running stably, you can connect your devices.
- AC Outlets (230V): Plug your appliances into the 230V AC outlet. Ensure the total wattage does not exceed 1800W running power.
- USB Ports: Connect your USB-powered devices for charging.
- Always connect devices one at a time, starting with the highest wattage.
5.3 Eco Mode:
The Eco Mode feature helps conserve fuel and reduce noise during light loads.
- To activate Eco Mode, switch the ECO SW. to the ON position. The engine speed will automatically adjust based on the electrical load.
- For full power or when starting high-load appliances, switch the ECO SW. to the OFF position.
