1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 600 lbs (272 kg). Exceeding this limit may result in product failure and injury.
• Proper Assembly: Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and tightened according to the instructions. Improper assembly can lead to instability and potential hazards.
• Mattress Compatibility: Use with compatible mattresses. The headboard is adjustable to fit various mattress thicknesses (6", 8", 10").
• Child Safety: This bed frame is suitable for children and adults. The rounded corners and soft upholstery are designed to reduce injuries from bumps.
• Regular Checks: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep sharp objects away from the boucle fabric to prevent damage.

2. Parts List

Before starting assembly, verify that all parts and hardware are present and undamaged. Refer to the diagram below for identification.

Hardware:

• A: M8*20 bolts (32 PCS)
• B: M8*35 bolts (8 PCS)
• C: M8*45 bolts (5 PCS)
• D: Allen Wrench (1 PC)

Components:

• 1: Headboard (1 PC)
• 2: Headboard Support Legs (2 PCS)
• 3: Center Support Legs (3 PCS)
• 4: Footboard (1 PC)
• 5: Side Rails (2 PCS)
• 6: Side Rail Brackets (2 PCS)
• 7: Center Support Beam (1 PC)
• 11: Slats (2 PCS - bundles of multiple slats)
• 12: Corner Brackets (4 PCS)

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Assembly Guide Video:

1. Step 1: Attach Headboard Support Legs

   Attach the two Headboard Support Legs (2) to the Headboard (1) using M8*45 bolts (C) and the Allen wrench (D). Ensure they are securely fastened.

2. Step 2: Attach Side Rail Brackets

   Attach the two Side Rail Brackets (6) to the Side Rails (5) using M8*45 bolts (C) and the Allen wrench (D). Ensure they are securely fastened.

3. Step 3: Attach Corner Brackets to Side Rails

   Attach the four Corner Brackets (12) to the ends of the Side Rails (5) using M8*20 bolts (A) and the Allen wrench (D). These brackets will connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard.

4. Step 4: Connect Side Rails to Headboard and Footboard

   Connect the assembled Side Rails (5) to the Headboard (1) and Footboard (4) by aligning the Corner Brackets (12) and securing them with M8*20 bolts (A) and the Allen wrench (D). Ensure all connections are tight to form the bed frame perimeter.

5. Step 5: Install Center Support Beam and Legs

   Attach the Center Support Beam (7) to the designated points on the Side Rails (5) using M8*35 bolts (B) and the Allen wrench (D). Then, attach the three Center Support Legs (3) to the Center Support Beam (7) using M8*35 bolts (B) and the Allen wrench (D).

6. Step 6: Place Slats

   Unroll and place the Slats (11) across the bed frame. Ensure the Velcro on the slats aligns with the Velcro on the side rails for secure placement. The slats should be evenly spaced.

7. Step 7: Final Check

   Once all parts are assembled, double-check all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. The bed frame is now ready for your mattress.

4. Operation

The HOMBCK Twin Bed Frame is designed for comfortable and stable sleep. Place your twin-size mattress directly onto the wooden slats. No box spring is required.

• Mattress Placement: Position your mattress centrally on the slats.
• Headboard Adjustment: The headboard can be adjusted to three different heights (6", 8", 10") to accommodate various mattress thicknesses. Adjust by repositioning the headboard attachment points during assembly or by loosening and re-tightening the bolts.
• Stability: The sturdy metal rods and wooden slats provide excellent support and minimize noise.

5. Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity and appearance of your bed frame.

• Cleaning Fabric: For the boucle upholstered parts, gently spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Cleaning Frame: Wipe metal and wooden parts with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Tighten Connections: Periodically check and tighten all bolts and screws to maintain structural integrity.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause the fabric to fade.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common solutions:

• Squeaking Noises: Check all bolts and connections. Tighten any loose hardware. Ensure slats are properly seated and secured by Velcro.
• Bed Frame Instability: Verify that all components are correctly assembled according to the instructions. Ensure all bolts are fully tightened.
• Missing Parts: If any parts are missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact customer support immediately.
