Operating Instructions and Adjustments
Your COLAMY office chair offers multiple adjustment options to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.
1. Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever up. Release the lever at the desired height to lock it in place.
2. Rocking Function and Tilt Tension
The chair features a rocking function, allowing the backrest to recline between 110 and 135 degrees. To activate the rocking function, pull the same lever used for seat height adjustment outwards. Push it inwards to lock the backrest in an upright position.
Adjust the flexibility of the rocking motion using the round tension knob located underneath the seat, at the front. Turn clockwise to increase tension (stiffer rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser rock).

3. 4D Adjustable Armrests
The armrests can be adjusted in four dimensions to provide optimal support for your arms and shoulders:
- Height Adjustment: Press the button on the side of the armrest and move it up or down.
- Left and Right Adjustment: Slide the armrest pad horizontally.
- Forward and Backward Adjustment: Slide the armrest pad longitudinally.
- Rotation: Rotate the armrest pad up to 40 degrees inwards or outwards.

4. Adjustable Lumbar Support
The lumbar support can be adjusted vertically to align with the natural curve of your lower back. Gently push the lumbar support pad up or down to your preferred height. This helps relieve pressure and improve posture.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance will prolong the life and appearance of your COLAMY office chair.
- Cleaning:
- For mesh and bonded leather surfaces, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.
- Casters: Keep casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
