- Casters: Keep the casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth movement.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 200 kg (440 lbs).
- Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure to prevent fading and material degradation.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your chair, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Chair does not rise or lower | Gas lift cylinder malfunction or lever not engaged. | Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged. If the problem persists, the gas lift may need replacement. Contact customer service. |
| Chair is wobbly | Loose screws or improper assembly. | Check and tighten all assembly screws, especially those connecting the seat, backrest, and armrests. Ensure the base is securely attached to the gas lift. |
| Casters do not roll smoothly | Debris caught in casters or damaged casters. | Remove any hair or debris from the caster wheels. If casters are damaged, they may need replacement. |
| Backrest does not recline or lock | Recline mechanism issue or tension too high. | Ensure the recline lock lever is disengaged. Adjust the tilt tension knob counter-clockwise to reduce tension. |
| Footrest is difficult to extend/retract | Mechanism obstruction or lack of lubrication. | Check for any obstructions. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the sliding mechanism if needed. |
