Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your FOHERE Food Processor:
- Place Non-slip Mat: Position the non-slip rubber mat on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Select Bowl: Choose either the glass bowl or the stainless steel bowl based on your food preparation needs and place it on the non-slip mat.
- Install Blades: Carefully insert the blade assembly into the spindle pin located at the bottom of the chosen bowl. Ensure the blades are securely seated. (Refer to Figure 2 for blade assembly details. Wear gloves when handling blades to avoid injury.)
- Add Ingredients: Place your pre-cut ingredients into the bowl. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
- Attach Lid: Place the bowl's lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly aligned and securely closed.
- Position Motor Unit: Match the pure copper motor unit with the knife pin on the cover. The separated design ensures food hygiene. Clockwise rotation locks the motor unit, while anticlockwise rotation separates it.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.


Operating Instructions
The FOHERE Food Processors HB-JR07 is designed for efficient chopping, mincing, and pureeing of various ingredients. It features a simple push-to-start operation.
General Operation
- After assembly and adding ingredients, press and hold the button on top of the motor unit to start processing.
- Release the button to stop the motor. Continuously check the consistency of your food and continue processing if a finer texture is desired.
- The appliance features a hidden safety switch that prevents operation if the motor unit is not correctly matched with the lid and bowl.
Processing Different Food Types
- Meat: Cut meat into small, even pieces before placing it in the bowl. The stainless steel bowl is recommended for meat to prevent cross-contamination with other foods.
- Vegetables & Fruits: For best results, cut larger vegetables and fruits into smaller chunks.
- Nuts: Process nuts in short pulses to achieve desired consistency, from coarsely chopped to finely ground.
