If you encounter problems connecting your devices or receiving alerts, consider the following:

Troubleshooting steps for connection problems with the DAYTEE emergency alert system, including checking Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and router.

If you experience connection problems: 1. Ensure you are using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If using 5 GHz, switch your router to 2.4 GHz for pairing, then you can switch back. 2. Verify your mobile phone is connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is enabled. 3. Try restarting your router. 4. Uninstall and reinstall the Tuya app. 5. Check for a stable network; an unstable network can hinder device addition. Try again later.

  1. Wi-Fi Network: Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The system is not compatible with 5 GHz networks. If your router uses both, temporarily switch to 2.4 GHz for pairing, then you can revert if needed.
  2. Bluetooth & Wi-Fi: Confirm that both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your mobile phone during the setup process.
  3. Router Restart: Try restarting your Wi-Fi router. This can often resolve temporary network issues.
  4. App Reinstallation: If problems persist, uninstall and then reinstall the Tuya Smart app.
  5. Network Stability: An unstable Wi-Fi network can interfere with device pairing and communication. Ensure your network is stable and try connecting again.
