2. Product Overview

The DUMBORC X6F, X6FG, X6DC, and X6DCG are 6-channel RC receivers designed for use with DUMBORC X4, X6, X6P, X6PM, X10P-350, and DDF-350 transmitters. These receivers are suitable for various RC vehicles including cars, trucks, boats, and tanks.

DUMBORC X6F Receiver

The X6F is a standard 6-channel receiver without a built-in gyroscope or integrated LED light system. It provides reliable signal reception for basic RC control functions.

DUMBORC X6FG Receiver

The X6FG receiver includes a built-in gyroscope (GYRO Inside) for enhanced stability and straight-line driving, especially useful for RC cars. It also features 6 channels for control.

DUMBORC X6DC Receiver

The X6DC receiver integrates a comprehensive LED light system, allowing for realistic lighting effects such as steering, headlight, brake, reversing, atmosphere, and emergency lights. It supports 6 channels and is designed for easy wiring.

DUMBORC X6DCG Receiver

The X6DCG combines the features of the X6FG and X6DC, offering both a built-in gyroscope for stability and an integrated LED light system for advanced lighting control. This 6-channel receiver provides a comprehensive solution for RC enthusiasts.

4. Setup

Binding Procedure

To establish communication between your DUMBORC transmitter and receiver, you must perform a binding procedure:

1. Ensure your transmitter is turned off.
2. Connect a binding plug (if required by your specific receiver model) or press and hold the binding button on the receiver.
3. Power on the receiver. The binding LED on the receiver should start flashing rapidly.
4. While still holding the binding button (or with the binding plug inserted), turn on your DUMBORC transmitter.
5. The binding LED on the receiver should turn solid green, indicating a successful bind.
6. Release the binding button or remove the binding plug.
7. Turn off both the receiver and transmitter, then turn them back on in the normal sequence (transmitter first, then receiver) to confirm the connection.

Wiring Connections

Connect the receiver to your RC vehicle's components as follows:

• CH1 (Rudder): Connect to the steering servo.
• CH2 (Throttle): Connect to the Electronic Speed Controller (ESC).
• CH3-CH6 (AUX): Connect to auxiliary components such as additional servos, winches, or light controllers. For X6FG and X6DCG, CH6 may also be used for GYRO control.
• VCC/GND: Ensure proper power supply connection (4.8-10V DC) to avoid damage. The receiver features anti-polarity protection.
• LED System (X6DC, X6DCG): Connect the integrated light group to your vehicle's LEDs according to the desired functions (headlights, brake lights, turn signals, etc.). Refer to the specific wiring diagram for your model.

Basic Operation

1. Ensure the receiver is securely mounted in your vehicle and all connections are firm.
2. Turn on your DUMBORC transmitter.

5. Test all control functions (steering, throttle, auxiliary channels) before operating the vehicle.

Advanced Functions

• GYRO Function (X6FG, X6DCG): The built-in gyroscope helps maintain straight-line stability and improves handling during turns. The GYRO LED (red) indicates its status. Adjust GYRO sensitivity via your transmitter if supported.
• LED Light System (X6DC, X6DCG): Control various lighting effects through your transmitter's auxiliary channels. This includes forward lights, steering lights, brake lights, reverse lights, atmosphere lights, and emergency double flash. The system supports linkage simulation, where lights react to vehicle movements.
• Mixed Control Mode: The receivers support lamp group functions even in mixed control mode, ensuring full functionality for complex setups.
