1. Product Overview

4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

1. Attach Headboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are finger-tightened initially. The headboard features 5 predrilled holes 2.5 inches apart for 3 different height settings. Choose your desired height before fully tightening.

2. Attach Footboard: Connect the other end of the side rails to the footboard using the remaining hardware. Again, finger-tighten all bolts.
3. Install Center Support Beam: Place the center support beam along the length of the bed frame, connecting it to the headboard and footboard supports. Secure it with the appropriate hardware.
4. Attach Support Legs: Secure the tapered support legs to the bed frame and center support beam. Ensure they are firmly attached.

5. Install Wood Slats: Evenly space and place the wood slats across the bed frame. Secure them to the side rails using the provided screws or clips. The wood slats provide direct mattress support.

6. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place, go back and fully tighten all bolts and screws using the Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.

5. Operating Instructions

After assembly, the Baxton Studio Fleur bed is ready for use.

• Mattress Placement: Place your queen-size mattress directly onto the wood slats. A box spring is not required for this platform bed.
• Headboard Height Adjustment: If you wish to change the headboard height, loosen the bolts connecting the headboard to the side rails, adjust to one of the predrilled settings, and re-tighten securely.
