6.1 Cleaning

  • To clean the device body, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution to avoid scratches.

6.2 Storage

Store the microscope in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from dust and moisture when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Device does not power on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source using the USB Type-C cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Image is blurry: Adjust the distance between the microscope lens and the object until the image on the screen becomes clear. The microscope has a fixed focus, requiring physical distance adjustment.
  • No image on computer screen: Verify the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the microscope and the computer. Ensure the computer's operating system is compatible (Windows Vista/XP/7/8/10/11 or OS X 11.0+). Check if the computer recognizes the device as a camera or storage.
  • LED lights are dim or not working: Check the battery level. If the battery is low, the LED performance may be affected. Recharge the device. If the issue persists, ensure the brightness settings are adjusted correctly.
  • Cannot save photos/videos: Ensure a compatible memory card is properly inserted into the device. If a card is present, check if it has sufficient free space or if it is corrupted. Try reformatting the card (this will erase all data).
