5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your BOBLOV W4 camera, follow these cleaning guidelines:

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body.
  • For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution to avoid scratches.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2. Storage

Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The recommended working temperature range is -10°C to 55°C (14°F to 131°F).

6. Troubleshooting

  • Camera Not Powering On: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the camera to a power source and try again.
  • Camera Not Recording: Check if a Micro SD card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure the camera is not in standby mode.
  • Poor Video Quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from smudges. While the camera records in 2K, it does not feature image stabilization, which may result in bouncy footage during movement. For best results, use in stable conditions.
  • Audio Out of Sync: Some users have reported audio lag. Ensure the camera's firmware is up to date if available.
  • Button Sticking: If the button becomes stuck, gently try to free it. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
