This compact, rechargeable keyboard is designed for comfort and efficiency, featuring 7 colored backlights, quiet low-profile keys, and wide compatibility with Windows, PC, Linux, Chrome, and Mac systems. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper use and maintenance of your new keyboard.

Setup Guide

1. Charging the Keyboard

Before first use, fully charge the keyboard. The keyboard is equipped with a 1600mAh rechargeable battery.

• Locate the charging port on the keyboard (usually on the top edge).
• Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).
• The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will turn off or change color when fully charged.
• A full charge provides up to 350 hours of use without the backlight.

2. Wireless Connection (2.4G USB Receiver)

The SABLUTE Wireless Keyboard uses a 2.4G wireless connection for stable and reliable performance.

1. Locate the USB receiver, typically stored in a compartment on the keyboard or included separately in the packaging.
2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer, laptop, or compatible device.
3. Turn on the keyboard using the ON/OFF switch (usually located on the top or bottom of the keyboard).
4. The keyboard should automatically connect to your device. No additional drivers are usually required (Plug and Play).
5. Ensure the keyboard is within the 33 ft (10 meter) wireless range for optimal performance.

Operating Instructions

1. Backlight Control

The keyboard features 7 switchable backlight colors and 3 brightness levels.

• To change backlight color: Press Fn + Enter. Repeat to cycle through the 7 available colors.
• To adjust brightness: Press Fn + Shift. Repeat to cycle through 3 brightness levels or turn the backlight off.

2. System Compatibility (Windows/Mac Layouts)

The keyboard supports both Windows and Mac operating systems. Switch between layouts using the following shortcuts:

• For Windows layout: Press Fn + Q.
• For Mac layout: Press Fn + W.

3. Power Saving Features

To conserve battery life, the keyboard includes an ON/OFF switch and an auto-sleep mode.

• ON/OFF Switch: Always turn off the keyboard when not in use for extended periods.
• Auto-Sleep Mode: The keyboard will automatically enter sleep mode after 2 minutes of inactivity. To wake it up, simply press any key.

4. Quiet and Comfortable Typing

The keyboard features silent scissor-switch keys designed to minimize typing noise and provide a comfortable typing experience.

• The noise level is significantly reduced compared to traditional keyboards, making it ideal for quiet environments.
• The built-in 7° tilt angle provides ergonomic comfort during long typing sessions.

Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your SABLUTE Wireless Keyboard.

• Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe the surface of the keyboard. Avoid excessive moisture. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the keyboard.
• Dust Removal: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys.
• Storage: When not in use for a long time, store the keyboard in a dry, cool place. Turn off the keyboard to preserve battery life.
• Avoid Liquids: Keep the keyboard away from liquids to prevent damage to internal components.
• Avoid Extreme Temperatures: Do not expose the keyboard to extreme hot or cold temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard Not Responding:

• Ensure the keyboard is turned ON.
• Check if the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your device. Try a different USB port.
• Make sure the keyboard is charged. Connect it to a power source and allow it to charge for a few minutes.
• Restart your computer/device.
• If using a USB hub, try connecting the receiver directly to the computer.

Backlight Not Working or Dim:

• Ensure the keyboard is charged. Low battery can affect backlight performance.
• Press Fn + Shift to cycle through brightness levels and ensure it's not set to off.

Keys Not Functioning Correctly:

• Check if the correct system layout (Windows/Mac) is selected using Fn + Q or Fn + W.
• Clean any debris or dust from under the affected keys.

Intermittent Connection:

• Ensure there are no large metal objects or other wireless devices causing interference between the keyboard and the receiver.
• Move the keyboard closer to the USB receiver.
