This smart lock is designed for doors with a thickness of 1-3/8" to 4-3/4" (35-120 mm). Custom installation may be required, especially for wooden doors that need additional drilling. Please double-check your door dimensions before purchasing and installation.

4.3 Power Supply

The lock is powered by a 5000mAh Lithium Polymer battery. It features a USB-C emergency charging port for situations where the battery is depleted. Backup batteries are available for purchase separately.

5. Setup and Installation

Before beginning installation, ensure your door meets the specified dimensions and prepare all necessary tools. For detailed visual guidance, refer to the "Common Function Settings" video.

5.1 Initial Setup and Administrator Addition

After physical installation, the first step is to add an administrator. This will invalidate the default passcode (123456) for security purposes.

  1. Light up the panel by touching it.
  2. Press the * key to activate the numeric keypad.
  3. Hold the # key for 3 seconds to enter the settings menu.
  4. Enter the default password 123456 and press #.
  5. Press 1 for User Management.
  6. Press 2 to Add Administrator.
  7. Follow the voice prompts to input your new administrator code, fingerprint, or IC card.
  8. Confirm the input when prompted.

5.3 Setting Auto-Lock

The auto-lock feature automatically secures your door after a set period, providing added peace of mind.

  1. Enter the Settings Menu (as described in 5.1).
  2. Press 2 for System Setting.
  3. Press 1 for Lock Mode Setting.
  4. Press 2 for Auto-Locking.
  5. Press 3 for Automatic Locking Time Setting.
  6. Input your desired auto-lock time in seconds (e.g., 5 seconds) and press #.

5.4 Network Connection (2.4GHz WiFi Only)

To utilize smart features like remote control and video doorbell, connect your lock to your home WiFi network. Important: Your phone must be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during the initial pairing process.

  1. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
  2. Enter the Settings Menu (as described in 5.1).
  3. Press 2 for System Setting.
  4. Press 4 for Monitoring Network Setting.
  5. Press 1 for Network Access.
  6. Follow the voice prompts and app instructions to complete the network configuration.
