6. Setup Instructions

  1. Charge Batteries: Fully charge both 2.0Ah batteries using the provided charger before first use.
  2. Connect Hoses: Attach a 3/4 inch NH garden hose to the pump's inlet and another to the outlet. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks. The intake filter should be attached to the end of the inlet hose that will be submerged in the water source.
  3. Insert Battery: Open the battery compartment and securely insert a charged 20V battery. Close the compartment cover.
  4. Position Pump: Place the pump on a stable, level surface near your water source. Submerge the intake end of the hose into the water source, ensuring the intake filter is fully covered. The maximum suction height is 6 feet.

7. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the Power On/Off Button to start the pump. The pump is self-priming, so it will begin drawing water without manual pre-filling.
  2. Monitor Water Flow: The clear view window allows for visual monitoring of water flow and priming status.
  3. Adjust Flow Rate: Use the Flow Rate Speed Controller to select one of three flow settings: 500 GPH (High), 400 GPH (Medium), or 300 GPH (Low). Adjust the flow rate according to your task requirements.
  4. Use LED Light: If working in low-light conditions, press the LED ON/OFF Button to activate the built-in LED light. There are two brightness levels: I (150 lm) and II (250 lm).
  5. Power Off: When finished, press the Power On/Off Button to turn off the pump.

8. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, flush the pump with clean water to remove any debris. Clean the intake filter regularly to prevent clogging.
  • Storage: Store the pump in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the battery before long-term storage.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a charged state and recharge them periodically if not in use for extended periods.

9. Troubleshooting
