Setup
- Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface where you intend to install the LED strip is clean, dry, and smooth.
- Unroll the Strip: Carefully unroll the 5-meter LED strip. Avoid twisting or sharply bending the strip.
- Connect Power: Connect the LED strip to the provided power adapter.
- Plug In: Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The strip should light up.
- Download Calex Smart App: Download the "Calex Smart" app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android).

- Pair with App: Open the Calex Smart app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new LED strip. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz.
- Secure the Strip: Once paired and tested, peel off the adhesive backing and firmly press the LED strip onto the desired surface.
- Cutting (Optional): If the strip is too long, you can cut it at the designated cutting marks (usually indicated by a scissor icon or copper pads). Only cut at these specific points to avoid damaging the strip.
Operating Instructions
Using the Remote Control
The included remote control allows for basic functions:
