1. Product Overview

2. Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all safety instructions before installing or operating the string lights. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Ensure the power outlet is suitable for outdoor use and protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) if required by local regulations.
• Do not connect the string lights to the power supply while they are still in the packaging.
• Do not attempt to modify or repair the string lights. Contact qualified personnel for service.
• Keep the plug and power connection dry. Avoid submerging any part of the string lights in water.
• Ensure the string lights are securely mounted to prevent them from falling or being damaged by wind.
• Do not connect multiple string light sets together unless explicitly stated as connectable.

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your Calex Vibey LED String Lights:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the string lights from their packaging, unwinding them completely to avoid tangles.
2. Plan Placement: Determine the desired location for your string lights. Common placements include hanging them from trees, along fences, under pergolas, or across patios. Ensure the 3-meter lead cable can reach a suitable outdoor power outlet.
3. Mount Securely: Use appropriate hooks, clips, or ties (not included) to securely fasten the string lights. Ensure the lights are evenly distributed and taut enough to prevent sagging, but not so tight as to strain the cable. The distance between each lamp is approximately 56 cm.
4. Connect to Power: Once the string lights are securely installed, plug the power cord into a suitable outdoor electrical outlet.

5. Operation

Operating the Calex Vibey LED String Lights is straightforward:

• Once plugged into a live power outlet, the lights will illuminate automatically.
• To turn off the lights, simply unplug them from the power outlet.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps prolong the life of your string lights:

• Cleaning: Disconnect from power. Wipe the bulbs and cable with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Bulb Replacement: If a bulb needs replacement, ensure the string lights are unplugged. Carefully unscrew the faulty bulb and replace it with one of the provided spare bulbs. Ensure the new bulb is securely screwed in to maintain the IP44 rating.
• Storage: During prolonged periods of non-use, especially in harsh weather conditions, it is recommended to unplug and store the string lights in a cool, dry place.

• Lights not turning on:
  • Check if the plug is fully inserted into the power outlet.

  • Ensure all bulbs are securely screwed into their sockets.
• Flickering lights:
  • Check for loose bulb connections.
