Important Safety Instructions

Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the exterior of the grinder with a damp cloth. Wash the removable grinding cup and its lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Do not immerse the main motor unit in water.
- Assembly:
- Ensure the grinding cup is clean and dry.
- Place the grinding cup securely into its designated slot on the grinder base.
- Ensure the bean hopper is properly seated on top of the grinding chamber.
- Placement: Place the grinder on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure it is away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
1. Adding Coffee Beans
Open the lid of the bean hopper and pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. The maximum capacity is 210g. Do not overfill.

2. Selecting Grind Setting
Rotate the grind setting dial to choose your desired fineness. The grinder offers 34 grind settings, ranging from fine to coarse:
- Fine: Suitable for Espresso machines and Moka pots.
- Medium: Ideal for Drip coffee makers and Pour-over methods.
- Coarse: Best for French Press and Cold Brew.

3. Selecting Quantity
Use the control panel to select the desired number of cups or grinding time. Refer to the display for current selection.
4. Starting the Grinder
Press the Start/Stop button to begin the grinding process. The grinder will automatically stop once the selected quantity is reached.
5. After Grinding
Once grinding is complete, carefully remove the ground coffee jar. The transparent lid allows you to monitor the grinding process and the amount of ground coffee.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee grinder.
- Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Empty: Remove any remaining whole beans from the hopper and ground coffee from the collection jar.
- Removable Parts: The grinding cup and its lid are dishwasher safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Grinding Chamber: Use a small brush (often included with grinders, or a stiff-bristled brush) to remove coffee grounds from the grinding chamber and burrs. Do not use water or liquids directly on the grinding mechanism.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Storage: Store the grinder in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
