4. Setup and Installation

Proper setup is crucial for optimal performance. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface and has at least 20cm clearance from walls or other objects to allow for adequate airflow.

4.1 Exhaust Hose Installation

  1. Attach the exhaust hose connector to the air outlet on the back of the unit.
  2. Extend the exhaust hose and attach the window kit adapter to the other end.
  3. Install the window sealing kit into a compatible window opening.
  4. Insert the window kit adapter into the opening in the window sealing kit, ensuring a tight seal to prevent hot air re-entry.

Important: Keep the exhaust hose as short and straight as possible to maximize efficiency. Avoid kinks or sharp bends.

4.2 Power Connection

Plug the power cord into a grounded 220V electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

5. Operating Instructions

The unit can be operated using the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

  • To set Auto-Off: With the unit running, press the Timer button. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired delay (1-24 hours).
  • To set Auto-On: With the unit off, press the Timer button. Use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired delay (1-24 hours) until the unit turns on.

5.4 Auto Restart Function

In the event of a power outage, the unit will automatically restart with its previous settings once power is restored.

6.1 Cleaning the Air Filter

The washable filter should be cleaned every two weeks, or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.

  2. Locate the air filter panel (usually on the back or side of the unit).
  3. Remove the filter.
  4. Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

6.2 Draining Water
