2. Unfold Frame: Stand the playard upright. Ensure the center of the floor is not pushed down. Pull up on the center of each side rail until it locks into place. You should hear a click. If a rail does not lock, pull it up again firmly.
3. Lock Side Rails: Once all four side rails are locked, push down the center of the playard floor until it lies flat and is securely in place.
4. Insert Mattress Pad: Place the included foam mattress pad firmly into the bottom of the playard.

Folding the Playard

To fold the playard for storage or transport, follow these steps:

1. Remove Mattress Pad: Take out the foam mattress pad from the playard.
2. Pull Up Center Strap: Locate the strap in the center of the playard floor and pull it upwards. This will cause the floor to begin collapsing.
3. Unlock Side Rails: On each side rail, locate the 'Press to Unlock' mechanism (usually a button or squeeze tab). Press the mechanism while simultaneously pushing the rail downwards to unlock it. Repeat for all four rails.
4. Collapse: Once all rails are unlocked and the floor is partially collapsed, push the sides inward to fully fold the playard into a compact shape.
5. Secure and Store: Use the provided straps to secure the folded playard and place it into the carry bag.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Troubleshooting

• Difficulty Locking Side Rails: Ensure the center of the playard floor is not pushed down before attempting to lock the side rails. The rails must be pulled up firmly until they click into place. If the center is already pushed down, pull it up slightly to release tension on the rails, then lock the rails, and finally push the center down.
• Difficulty Unlocking Side Rails: Make sure you are pressing the 'Press to Unlock' mechanism on each rail while simultaneously pushing the rail downwards. Sometimes a firm, quick motion is required.
• Playard Not Folding Completely: Ensure the mattress pad is removed and the center strap on the floor is pulled up completely before attempting to unlock the side rails. All four rails must be unlocked for the playard to fold compactly.
