5.1. Boiling Water

1. Ensure the tea infuser is removed if you are only boiling water.
2. Fill the glass carafe with the desired amount of fresh water, observing the MIN (0.5L) and MAX WATER (1.7L) markings.
3. Place the carafe securely on the power base.
4. Press the ON/OFF button. The display will show the current water temperature.
5. To boil to 100°C, simply press ON/OFF again if no specific temperature is selected. The kettle will heat the water to 100°C and automatically switch off.
6. To select a specific temperature (e.g., for coffee or other hot beverages), use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target temperature before pressing ON/OFF. The kettle will heat to the selected temperature and then enter keep-warm mode for 30 minutes.

5.2. Brewing Tea with "Easy Tea Select"

The "Easy Tea Select" function offers 5 pre-defined tea programs for optimal brewing.

1. Fill the glass carafe with fresh water, observing the MIN (0.5L) and MAX TEA (1.5L) markings.
2. Add your desired loose leaf tea to the tea infuser. Do not overfill.
3. Insert the infuser into the lid and place the lid securely on the carafe.
4. Place the carafe on the power base.
5. Press the PROGRAM button repeatedly to cycle through the pre-set tea types:
   • HERBAL: (e.g., 100°C, 5-10 min brewing)
   • BLACK: (e.g., 95°C, 3-5 min brewing)
   • OOLONG: (e.g., 90°C, 2-4 min brewing)
   • GREEN: (e.g., 80°C, 1-3 min brewing)
   • WHITE: (e.g., 70°C, 2-5 min brewing)

6. Once you have selected your desired tea program, press the ON/OFF button to start the brewing process. The kettle will first heat the water to the optimal temperature, then lower the infuser (if applicable, or indicate when to lower it manually) and begin the brewing timer.

5.3. Custom Tea Brewing

For personalized tea preparation, you can manually set the temperature and brewing time.

1. Follow steps 1-4 from "Brewing Tea with Easy Tea Select".
2. Instead of pressing PROGRAM, use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired water temperature.
3. Press the ON/OFF button. The kettle will heat the water to your selected temperature.
4. Once the target temperature is reached, you can manually start a brewing timer if desired, or simply remove the infuser when your tea has steeped to your preference. The kettle will maintain the set temperature for 30 minutes.

5.4. Keep Warm Function

The appliance automatically activates a 30-minute keep-warm function after reaching the target temperature (for both water boiling and tea brewing). This ensures your beverage remains at the optimal temperature.

5.5. Activating/Deactivating Beep Sounds

The kettle emits audible beeps for various operations (e.g., button presses, cycle completion). To activate or deactivate these sounds:
