3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your Tronsmart Q20S headphones. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 60 hours of playtime with ANC off, or 40 hours with ANC on. A 10-minute quick charge provides 8 hours of use.

3.2 Powering On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3-4 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

3.3 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "Tronsmart Sounfii Q20S" from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

The headphones support Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection up to 49 feet (15 meters).

3.4 Wired Connection (Aux-in Mode)

To use the headphones with a wired connection, plug one end of the provided 3.5mm Aux-in cable into the headphone's audio jack and the other end into your audio device's 3.5mm port. The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode. Note that some features like ANC may still be active in wired mode if the headphones are powered on.
