The COOHILIGH DS2 is an advanced wireless outdoor security camera featuring a unique dual-lens, dual-screen design for comprehensive 3600 coverage without blind spots. It is powered by a solar panel and high-capacity battery, ensuring continuous operation. Key features include 2K resolution, color night vision with spotlight, PIR motion detection, two-way audio, and remote access via the 'Okam Pro' app.

4. Setup

4.1 Mounting the Camera and Solar Panel

Choose a location with ample sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view for the camera. Ensure the mounting surface is stable and secure.

1. Attach the mounting bracket to the desired location using the provided screws.
2. Secure the camera unit to the mounting bracket.
3. Adjust the angle of the solar panel to maximize sunlight absorption.
4. Connect the solar panel cable to the camera's charging port.

4.2 App Download and Device Pairing

1. Download the 'Okam Pro' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Register a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Power on the camera. The camera will enter pairing mode (indicated by a specific LED status, refer to camera's LED indicator guide).
4. In the app, tap 'Add Device' and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported.
5. Once connected, you can name your device and begin live viewing.

5. Operating the Camera

5.1 Live View and Playback

Access live footage from both lenses via the 'Okam Pro' app. You can switch between views or see a combined dual-screen display. Recorded footage can be accessed from the cloud storage or an inserted SD card (up to 256GB).

5.2 Two-Way Audio

Utilize the built-in microphone and speaker for real-time two-way communication. Tap the intercom icon in the app to speak through the camera.

5.3 Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera features a high-sensitivity PIR sensor for accurate motion detection. When motion is detected, the camera can send instant alerts to your smartphone. You can adjust the sensitivity levels (high, medium, low) in the app settings to minimize false positives from environmental factors.

5.4 Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) Control

The lower lens offers flexible pan and tilt capabilities, allowing you to remotely adjust the viewing angle. The camera supports 3550 horizontal pan and 900 vertical tilt, providing extensive coverage.

5.5 Night Vision

The camera provides clear night vision up to 50 feet. It features color night vision, enhanced by an integrated spotlight, ensuring full-color images even in low-light conditions.

6. Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your COOHILIGH security camera, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the camera lenses and the solar panel surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris that may obstruct vision or reduce charging efficiency.
• Solar Charging: Ensure the solar panel remains unobstructed by leaves, snow, or other objects to guarantee continuous power supply.
• Firmware Updates: Check the 'Okam Pro' app regularly for available firmware updates. Keeping the firmware updated ensures the camera has the latest features and security enhancements.

7. Troubleshooting

• Camera Not Powering On: Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight or charge the camera directly using the USB cable. Check the battery level in the app.
• Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi: Verify that your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure the camera is within range of your router. Restart both the camera and your router.
• Frequent False Alarms: Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the 'Okam Pro' app to a lower level. Ensure the camera's view is clear of moving branches or reflective surfaces.
• Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure there is no obstruction in the camera's field of view. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength.
• Two-Way Audio Issues: Ensure the microphone and speaker permissions are enabled for the 'Okam Pro' app on your smartphone. Check the volume settings on both the app and your phone.
