3. Setup
3.1 Dlyfull B4 Universal Battery Tester
The Dlyfull B4 requires two AAA batteries for operation (included with purchase). Follow these steps to install them:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the B4 tester.
- Slide open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - ends match the markings inside the compartment).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2 Dlyfull B1L Small Battery Tester
The Dlyfull B1L does not require any internal batteries for operation. It draws power directly from the battery being tested. No setup is required beyond unboxing.
4. Operation
4.1 Using the Dlyfull B4 Universal Battery Tester
To test a battery with the Dlyfull B4, follow these general steps:
- Identify the correct testing slot or contact points on the B4 for your battery type. The tester has various designated areas for different battery sizes and voltages.
- Carefully insert the battery into the appropriate slot or connect its terminals to the designated contact points, ensuring correct polarity. The B4 is equipped with polarity markings to guide accurate insertion.
- The LCD display will immediately show the battery's voltage and remaining power as a percentage and a bar graph.
- To check the B4's internal battery status, press and hold the 'CHECK' button for approximately 3 seconds.

4.2 Using the Dlyfull B1L Small Battery Tester
To test a battery with the Dlyfull B1L, follow these steps:
- For 1.5V AAA, AA, C, D alkaline batteries: Place the positive (+) end of the battery against the fixed positive contact point and extend the movable arm to touch the negative (-) end.
- For 9V batteries: Align the battery's terminals with the corresponding contacts on the tester.
- For button-cell batteries: Place the battery between the designated contact points.
- Observe the needle on the analog meter. The needle will point to a section indicating the battery's charge level (e.g., 'Good', 'Low', 'Replace').
