5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Dual Vibration Feedback
The controller features dual vibration motors that provide tactile feedback during gameplay. This enhances immersion by simulating in-game actions such as impacts, explosions, and environmental effects. There are 4 levels of vibration intensity, which are typically controlled by the game itself.
5.2 6-Axis Motion Sensor
An integrated 6-axis gyro sensor allows for motion-sensing gameplay. This feature enables you to control certain in-game actions by tilting, rotating, or shaking the controller, providing an additional layer of interaction in compatible games.

5.3 Responsive Joysticks and Buttons
The joysticks and buttons are designed for precision and responsiveness, aiming to minimize input lag and drift. This allows for accurate control and quick reactions during gameplay.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the controller. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the controller frequently. Charge it regularly, even if not in constant use.
- Avoid Drops: Protect the controller from drops and impacts, which can damage internal components.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Controller Not Connecting/Pairing
- For PS4: Ensure the controller is connected via USB-C cable for the first pairing. Press the Home button. If issues persist, try resetting the controller (see 7.4).
- For PC: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your PC. Confirm the controller is in pairing mode (flashing LED after holding SHARE + Home). Remove any previous pairings of the controller from your PC's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
- Cable Check: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected and not damaged. Try a different USB-C cable if available.
7.2 Input Lag or Drift
- Re-pair: Disconnect and re-pair the controller to your device.
- Interference: Ensure there are no strong wireless interference sources nearby (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other Bluetooth devices).
- Wired Connection (PC): If experiencing significant lag on PC, try connecting the controller via USB-C cable to rule out wireless issues.
- Reset: Perform a controller reset (see 7.4).
7.3 Audio Jack Not Working
- Headset Compatibility: Ensure your headset is compatible with the controller's 3.5mm audio jack.
- Connection: Make sure the headset is fully plugged into the audio jack.
- Audio Settings: Check the audio output settings on your PS4 console or PC to ensure the controller's audio output is selected and volume levels are appropriate.
- Test Headset: Test your headset with another device to confirm it is functioning correctly.
7.4 How to Reset the Controller
If the controller is unresponsive or behaving erratically, you can perform a reset:
- Turn off your PS4 console or disconnect the controller from your PC.
- Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller, usually near the L2 shoulder button. It is often recessed inside a small hole.
- Use a small, pointed object (like a straightened paperclip) to press and hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds.
- Release the button.
- Reconnect the controller to your PS4 or PC using the USB-C cable and re-pair it as described in Section 4.
