1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the DYONDER 2-Pack Wireless Controllers. These controllers are designed for use with PlayStation 4 (PS4, PS4 Slim, PS4 Pro) consoles and personal computers (PC). They feature a 1000mAh battery, 6-axis motion sensor, and an audio jack for an enhanced gaming experience.

Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper operation and to maximize its lifespan.

Familiarize yourself with the various buttons and features of your DYONDER Wireless Controller.

4. Setup and Connection

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the controller. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the controller's charging socket and the other end to a USB port on your PS4 console or a compatible USB wall adapter. The LED light bar will indicate charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 15 hours of playtime.

4.2 Connecting to PS4/PS4 Slim/PS4 Pro

  1. Ensure your PS4 console is powered on.
  2. Connect the controller to your PS4 console using the included USB-C charging cable.
  3. Press the Home button (PS button) on the controller. The controller will pair with the console.
  4. Once paired, you can disconnect the USB-C cable, and the controller will connect wirelessly. For subsequent uses, simply press the Home button to connect wirelessly.

4.3 Connecting to PC

To connect the controller to a PC wirelessly:

  1. Ensure your PC has Bluetooth enabled.
  2. On the controller, simultaneously press and hold the SHARE button and the Home button for 3 seconds until the LED light bar starts flashing rapidly. This indicates the controller is in pairing mode.
  3. On your PC, go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
  4. Select the controller from the list of available devices to pair.
  5. Once paired, the LED light bar will stop flashing and remain solid.

Alternatively, you can connect the controller to your PC using the USB-C cable for a wired connection.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Dual Vibration Feedback

The controller features dual vibration motors that provide tactile feedback during gameplay. This enhances immersion by simulating in-game actions such as impacts, explosions, and environmental effects. There are 4 levels of vibration intensity, which are typically controlled by the game itself.

5.2 6-Axis Motion Sensor

An integrated 6-axis gyro sensor allows for motion-sensing gameplay. This feature enables you to control certain in-game actions by tilting, rotating, or shaking the controller, providing an additional layer of interaction in compatible games.

5.3 Responsive Joysticks and Buttons

The joysticks and buttons are designed for precision and responsiveness, aiming to minimize input lag and drift. This allows for accurate control and quick reactions during gameplay.

5.4 Audio Jack

The integrated 3.5mm audio jack allows you to connect a compatible headset for in-game audio and voice chat. Ensure your headset is properly plugged in and configured in your console or PC's audio settings.

If the controller is unresponsive or behaving erratically, you can perform a reset:

  1. Turn off your PS4 console or disconnect the controller from your PC.
  2. Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller, usually near the L2 shoulder button. It is often recessed inside a small hole.
  3. Use a small, pointed object (like a straightened paperclip) to press and hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds.
  4. Release the button.
  5. Reconnect the controller to your PS4 or PC using the USB-C cable and re-pair it as described in Section 4.
