3. Setup
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the robot. Place the charging base against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter to the sides and 2 meters in front. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and a power outlet. Place the robot on the charging base, ensuring the charging contacts align. The indicator light on the robot will show charging status.

3.2 App Connection (2.4GHz Wi-Fi Only)
For advanced features and remote control, download the dedicated app from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Cleanova W7 robot to your home Wi-Fi network. Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz.

3.3 Remote Control Setup
Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control. The remote can be used to start/stop cleaning, change modes, and manually direct the robot.
4. Operation
4.1 Cleaning Modes
The Cleanova W7 offers four distinct cleaning modes:
- Auto Cleaning: The robot intelligently navigates to clean the entire area using a combination of random and zigzag patterns.
- Spot Cleaning: The robot focuses on a specific dirty area, cleaning in a spiral pattern for concentrated cleaning.
- Edge Cleaning: The robot cleans along walls and furniture edges to ensure thorough coverage.
- Room Cleaning: The robot cleans a designated room.

4.2 Starting and Stopping Cleaning
Press the power button on the robot, use the remote control, or initiate cleaning via the app or voice commands (Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant) to start or stop a cleaning cycle.

Use the mobile app to set up cleaning schedules. You can choose specific times and cleaning modes for automated cleaning sessions.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Dustbin Emptying and Cleaning
The robot is equipped with a 250ml dustbin. Empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle or when it is full. Remove the dustbin, open it, and discard collected debris. Rinse the dustbin with water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reinserting.

5.2 Filter Cleaning
The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly. Tap the filter gently to remove dust. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

5.3 Brush Cleaning
The upgraded brushless suction inlet minimizes hair entanglement. However, periodically check the side brushes and the suction inlet for any accumulated hair or debris and clean as needed using the provided cleaning brush.

5.4 Water Tank and Mop Pad Maintenance
For mopping, fill the 230ml water tank with clean water. You can adjust the mop pad's dampness with three different water flow settings. After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank and clean the mop pad. The mop pad can be washed and reused.
