1. Product Overview

The HYPERLITE 1-10V Dimmer Switch is designed for precise control of 1-10V dimmable LED lighting fixtures. It features a large rocker switch for on/off control and a slider for adjusting brightness levels. The robust thermoplastic housing ensures durability and seamless integration into various environments. This dimmer is compatible with LED High Bay Lights, LED Linear High Bay Lights, and High Power Wall Pack Lights, supporting a maximum power rating of 700W.

4. Installation

4.1 Tools Required

• Screwdriver (Phillips and Flathead)
• Wire Strippers
• Electrical Tape
• Voltage Tester

4.2 Wiring Instructions

1. Turn off Power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse that supplies power to the switch location and turn it OFF. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.
2. Remove Old Switch: Carefully remove the existing wall plate and switch from the wall box. Disconnect the wires from the old switch.
3. Identify Wires: Identify the Line (hot), Load, Neutral, Ground, and 1-10V control wires (Purple DIM+ and Gray DIM-).
4. Connect Wires: Connect the wires to the HYPERLITE dimmer switch according to the wiring diagrams below. Ensure all connections are secure.
5. Mount Switch: Gently push the wired dimmer switch into the wall box. Secure it with screws.
6. Install Wall Plate: Attach the new or existing wall plate.
7. Restore Power: Turn the power back ON at the circuit breaker.

5. Operating Instructions

The HYPERLITE 1-10V Dimmer Switch provides intuitive control over your lighting.

1. Turning Lights ON/OFF: Press the large rocker switch to turn the connected lights ON or OFF.
2. Adjusting Brightness: Use the vertical slider on the right side of the switch.
   • Move the slider up to increase the light level.
   • Move the slider down to decrease the light level.
3. Fine-Tuning Dimming Range: The dimmer allows for 10% to 100% full-range dimming. If needed, adjust the small knobs on the side of the dimmer (visible when the wall plate is removed) to set the desired maximum and minimum brightness levels for your specific fixtures. This helps eliminate flickering at low light levels and ensures the desired maximum output.
